Member Portal

May 1st brings the launch of a new club management software system, including a new online member portal. Please read on for details.

For your initial login to the new member portal, your username is your member number, minus the first zero (e.g, 0123 rather than 00123, or 0123-1 instead of 00123-1). Your password is your last name, all lower case. After your initial login, you will be prompted to set a new password, along with a password clue. You can log in to the new member portal here.

Note that the old member portal is still available here. It will remain active through the month. If you have old statements you'd like to download as PDFs, please do so by 5/31.

To make this transition easier on staff--and to reduce the learning curve for members--new features will be introduced gradually over the next few weeks. Some of those include a phone app, the return of the member directory, online food ordering and dining reservations, and an online club calendar that you can organize by interest and sync with your personal google calendar.

The member directory will return mid-month, once those who would like to opt-out of sharing their information have had a chance to do so. You can read more about how to opt-out of sharing some or all of your information here. Note that any info shared will be behind the login screen, accessible only by other members.

There is also a new tee time booking system. You can view a brief tutorial on that system here. If you run into any difficulty when using it, please call the Pro Shop to book at 434-817-0502.

April statements from the old system will process on 5/25/24, using the payment method you had on file in the old system. For May statements (which will process on 6/25/24), please complete your ACH information in the new system. See here for more info on making payment in the new system.

There is a new online calendar where you can sort club events by your interests, create your own personal events, and link club calendars to your google calendars. Learn more here, and note that there will be more events added to the new calendar as the month goes on.

Note also that some links which were previously available without a password (e.g., daily dining specials and course conditions) have now moved to the password-protected side of the website. To view those pages please log in as outlined above.

There are also two on-site help sessions available, both in the lounge between the Library and the Rivanna Room, one Wednesday 5/1 from noon-4pm, and a second on Thursday 5/2 from 10am-2pm. If members express a need, a third help session on Saturday 5/4 will be added.
